Job Profile:

We are currently looking for young dynamic, self motivated male candidate for Business development position, who wants to move forward their carrier in IT industry. Qualification:

·         Graduate/Post Graduate Male candidates with 2 to 4 Years of experience in marketing are preferred. Marketing experience within the IT product & service environment will be an added advantage.

·         Ability to understand IT Services. UG from Computer Science /IT will be an added advantage.

·         Confident and effective presentation skills

·         Excellent customer facing skill and ability to build rapport with clients.

·         Strong analytical skills with ability to solve problem with a win-win negotiation approach.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·         Should own a vehicle & valid license.

Responsibilities:

·         Identifying potential clients in the market and initiating business.

·         Identifying potential business opportunities through existing database.

·         Understanding the requirements of the customer and map it to the available products of the organization.

·    Ability to develop and implement lead generation and sales plan by means of cold calling.

·        Ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and service quality norms, building credibility, gaining market share.

·         Initiate, build, and maintain relationships with prospects and customers.

·         Need to be self motivated and aggressive in achieving targets.

       Maintain good relationship with client and ensure brand reputation.
